Psychotherapy for Adults in Oregon
Online and In Person
Welcome.
I'm glad you're here. I'm Becca (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to adults in Portland, Oregon, and virtually throughout the state.
I offer a warm, consistent, and collaborative space where you can slow down and make sense of the patterns shaping your relationships and life. Many people begin therapy knowing something doesn't feel quite right but aren't sure why or how to move forward. Together, we'll approach those questions with curiosity to help you achieve greater clarity, connection, and choice. As patterns become clearer, new possibilities can emerge.
What I do
I specialize in helping clients deepen their connection with themselves and with others. My approach is insight-oriented, attachment-based, and psychodynamic, with influences from Internal Family Systems (IFS). You can read more about what that all means here. My work with clients typically includes identifying recurring emotional and relational patterns. We'll explore how these patterns developed, tend to older pain or wounds, and experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and the people in your life.
At its core, therapy with me is about developing greater emotional flexibility, self-understanding, and capacity for meaningful connection. If you're someone who feels curious about making deeper sense of yourself, your relationships, or the patterns that seem to repeat in your life, I offer a warm and collaborative space for exploration and growth. My hope is that we will cultivate a therapeutic relationship that will ultimately support you in living a more easeful and authentic life.
