Psychotherapy for Adults in Oregon
Online and In Person
Welcome.
I'm glad you're here. I'm Becca (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to adults in Portland, Oregon, and virtually throughout the state.
I offer a warm, consistent, and collaborative space where you can slow down and make sense of the patterns shaping your relationships and life. My approach is insight-oriented, attachment-based, psychodynamic, and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Many people begin therapy knowing something doesn't feel quite right but aren't sure why or how to move forward. Together, we'll approach those questions with curiosity to help you achieve greater clarity, connection, and choice. As patterns become clearer, new possibilities can emerge.
Modalities
I have completed post-graduate training and learning in:
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS or ‘parts work’)
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is grounded in attachment science
