I work with individual adults 18+. I will be offering couples therapy on a limited basis beginning Winter 2026-2027.

I offer Telehealth appointments via a secure platform. You must be in state of Oregon to meet with me virtually.

I also see clients in person on Tuesday and Wednesday at my office in a charming historic house located centrally in Portland off of West Burnside. My office is private and comfortable with windows on three sides that look out into the trees. It is regrettably not ADA accessible.

Payment Information

Insurance

I am in In-Network with and accept the following commercial insurances:

  • Kaiser Permanente

  • Optum/ United Behavioral Health

  • Moda beginning 11/1/2026

Before meeting with me, I highly recommend that you call your insurance company’s Member Services to verify that you are covered to see me and to inquire about your copay. You are responsible for understanding your benefits and coverage. If you have a commercial insurance not listed above, please contact your insurance company to discuss your Out of Network Benefits, as it is possible they will reimburse you for a portion of services with me.

Out of Pocket

I also accept out of pocket debit and credit card payments at the time of service.

I charge $145 for a 55 minute session. Occasionally I may offer a shorter or longer session and will pro-rate as applicable.

I offer limited sliding scale options for folks who can not afford my full fee or who experience systemic marginalization. Please contact me to see if I have an available sliding scale spot

In accordance with the Federal No Surprises Act of 2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your therapy will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients and clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for their services.
